Overall the activity has still been healthy in the infill world. Now that all the snow is really gone, we are starting to see alot more completions and new product hit the system. Check out the numbers below:
We are going to try and provide the most relevant stats that apply to the infill market in Edmonton on a monthly basis. The stats will be posted a few days after month end in case transactions took place over a weekend to give time for the real estate board to post. I missed out on a post in February so I have also provided February numbers as well.
I feel like the stat categories are sufficient to give a really good snapshot of what is happening in the market but if there is anyone out there that has any suggestions on things to add, I'm open to adding categories forsure! It might be important to define a couple of categories. The "skinny homes" category below will include anything that has been listed or sold that sits on a 25 foot wide lot
