Edmonton Infill Stats for the month of March 2018

We are going to try and provide the most relevant stats that apply to the infill market in Edmonton on a monthly basis.  The stats will be posted a few days after month end in case transactions took place over a  weekend to give time for the real estate board to post.  I missed out on a post in February so I have also provided February numbers as well.  

I feel like the stat categories are sufficient to give a really good snapshot of what is happening in the market but if there is anyone out there that has any suggestions on things to add, I'm open to adding categories forsure!  It might be important to define a couple of categories.  The "skinny homes" category below will include anything that has been listed or sold that sits on a 25 foot wide lot and that includes 2.5 stories. The category "single family over 2100sqft" will include infills that are on wider than 25 foot lots but doesn't not include 2.5 stories that are reported in the "skinny homes" category.  I've included a total of 63 mature neighbourhoods in Edmonton where we have seen infill activity which I will post in at a later date.
